SKF is cooperating with Xi 'an Jiaotong University
On July 16, 2020, Wu Fangji, VICE President of SKF China technology, Pan Yunfei, manager of RESEARCH and technology development, and Qian Weihua, manager of engineering Research and development came to Xi 'an Jiaotong University for a visit and exchange on strengthening cooperation between the two sides.
The meeting was chaired by Professor Leia. First of all, Li Xiaohu, deputy director of the Special and Science and Technology Development Department of the University, on behalf of the university, warmly welcomed SKF expert leaders to the Innovation Port of Xi 'an Jiaotong University to discuss cooperation and exchange. He expressed his expectation of gathering the major needs of the industry, carrying out in-depth scientific research cooperation, and jointly cultivating high-end talents to serve the future innovation and technology. Then Professor Zhu Yongsheng, deputy director of the Key Laboratory of Modern Design and Rotor Bearing of the Ministry of Education, introduced the laboratory's development course, advantage direction and achievements. Wu expressed his appreciation for the achievements made and introduced in detail the major development direction, technical team and r&d cooperation needs of SKF in the future.
Later, in the academic exchange, Professor Lei Yaguo, Professor Dong Guangneng, Professor Yan Ke, Professor Wu Tonghai and Associate Professor Zeng Qunfeng respectively did research work on intelligent diagnosis, nanoparticle lubrication, basic research of bearing, bearing performance detection technology and so on. At last, Professor Rea guo led Wu Fangji and others to visit the key laboratory of the Ministry of Education, and introduced the main research direction and platform construction of the laboratory.
The two sides discussed the technical requirements of the enterprise and the technical advantages of key laboratories in bearing design, friction and lubrication, assembly process, performance test and life prediction, and agreed that the research of the two sides is highly suitable and has broad prospects for cooperation, which lays a good foundation for future strategic cooperation and talent training.
